Bath

After breakfast we walked into the center of Bath and joined the guided walking tour of Bath, but when it started to rain, we decided to take the tour of the Roman Baths. During the Roman occupation of Britain, the Romans built a temple and bathing complex which were constructed over natural hot springs, and dedicated to the goddess Sulis.

We then started driving through the English countryside, stopping in the lower Cotswolds villages of Lacock, Castle Combe, and Bibury.

We ended the day at our B&B outside the town of Woodstock, and had a delicious meal of fish and chips.
